Terms & Conditions for Custom Printed Items
(Including but not limited to Promotional Materials)

Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing a quotation, providing written or email approval, or submitting payment for an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Payment of the invoice implies acceptance of these terms, including potential production or delivery delays that may arise from international supply chain factors.

Final Sale Policy
All custom-printed items are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been approved and sent into production. Our products are of excellent quality; however, they do not carry any warranty or guarantee.

Customization Disclaimer
Each product is made to order based on the client’s approved design, logo, or artwork. Once production has begun, modifications, cancellations, or refunds cannot be accommodated.

Order Approval
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all design details — including text, color, logo placement, and sizing — prior to production. Approval of a digital proof or quotation confirms the client’s acceptance of these specifications.

Quality Disclaimer
While we ensure high-quality standards, minor variations in color, alignment, or print placement may occur due to printing and material characteristics. Such differences are considered normal within the scope of custom production.

Production Timeline & Delays
The standard production period after final design approval is 9–12 business days.
Please note that some of our products, supporting materials, or raw components may be sourced from the USA, China, Vietnam, or India. As a result, shipping, customs clearance, or global supply conditions may occasionally lead to unforeseen delays of several additional days.
These circumstances are beyond our direct control and do not constitute a breach of agreement or grounds for compensation or cancellation.

Customer Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to confirm all details in the artwork proof before final approval. Ottawa Print & Sign Solutions and AARROWZ INC. will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions that were present in the approved proof.
