1. Final Sale Policy
All custom-printed items are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once the order has been approved and sent into production.
2. Customization Disclaimer
Each item is made to order based on the client’s chosen design, text, logos, and specifications. Once production begins, no modifications, cancellations, or refunds can be accommodated.
3. Order Approval Responsibility
Clients are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all design elements, including:
- Spelling and text accuracy
- Font styles and sizes
- Color selection
- Logo placement and sizing
Approval must be provided either via signed quote or email confirmation. Ottawa Print & Sign Solutions (OPSS) is not responsible for any errors that were present in the proof and approved by the client.
4. Quality Assurance
We are committed to delivering high-quality print products. However, due to the custom production process, minor variations in color, print alignment, or sizing may occur and are considered acceptable within standard production tolerances.
5. Customer Responsibility
Clients are expected to carefully review all order details and artwork proofs before giving final approval. OPSS is not liable for any errors that appear in the approved artwork or specifications.
6. Production Timeline
After the final design is approved and the deposit is received, production will begin immediately. Most orders are ready within 9–12 business days.
Please note:
- Rush production may be available upon request
- Occasional delays of 1–2 business days may occur due to technical issues or supply chain disruptions
Once an order enters production, no further changes can be made.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
By signing the quote or providing written approval via email, you confirm that you have reviewed the artwork and specifications and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
