4. What are your payment terms?

Shelter dome ask for a 50% deposit on confirming your order, and start manufacturing based on deposit receiving or schemadic confirmation which occurred latest.The remaining 50% when your order is ready to be shipped.

5.What warrnaty do you offer?

Shelter dome offer a 1-year warranty on the entire dome kits.

6.Can Shelter Dome be used all year round?
Absolutely, our domes are designed to be erected all year round and can withstand all weather conditions.

7.How long will a shelter dome last?

The lifespan of cover is 8-10 year and framework over 15 years for standing all-year-around.

8.What is the maximim wind rating and snow load for a Shelter dome?

Our domes can withstand a maximum windspeed of up to 75mphsnow-load as 30KGS/SQM. We also offer an up-rated frame which offers a maximum windspeed of up 115mph.

9.How should I prepare my site before erecting my dome?
